Universal One Contracting is working on a large project in Baltimore on Park Avenue and is a Principal in Park Avenue Partners, LLC. I did some work for them a few years ago and agreed to work with them on their invoice. what do I get for being flexible - screwed! Don't trust these guys as far as you can throw them. Got a judgement on them so eventually I will get paid something.
