Horrible company to work for or have them test your baby's hearing. Such a sketchy company and you can't get a hold of anyone to talk to! So glad I no longer work for this scam of a company. Preying on new moms who are medicated. They tell you insurance pays for the testing but don't even try to file if you have private insurance. I couldn't try to scam vulnerable mothers and that is why I no longer work for them! CAUTION DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY OR USE THEIR SERVICES

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES AND WILL BILL YOU FRAUDULENTLY. THIS COMPANY ACTS IN BAD FAITH. ------------------------------------------------- Due to me not being able to get in touch with at Ears and Hearing, I looked a little deeper. I found that Patrick Slater is the owner/president of the company and possibly the physician who oversees the company’s testing. I was able to get in touch with a lady at his office at this number, (512) 454-0341, who is more eager to answer calls. ------------------------------------------------- Had our first child at Merit Health Women's in Flowood, MS in June 2020. The technician snuck into our room, began testing and handling our newborn while my wife and I were asleep, falsely represented herself as a member of the hospital, and coerced consent from my medicated and exhausted wife when I step away briefly. Six weeks after we get a separate bill from them for a gouged price that they refuse to bill to insurance. Their customer service is anything but. They frequently are rude and hang up on you and that is if you even get them on the phone. I've never had a message, email, or voicemail returned. They're fall back response is a threat to pay the bill or be turned over to collections. If anyone from this company comes to your room, RUN THEM OUT OF THERE, IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE OR ALLOW TO PERFORM "HEARING TEST" WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL. The employee who performed our newborn hearing screening did not identify herself as someone who did not work for the hospital that we were in. She entered my room and handed me paperwork and immediately started the exam on my daughter, she never stated the exam was optional and that we should check with our insurance first, because she hadn't. I have a very comprehensive insurance policy with a national insurance company and have never had any issues with providers not participating in my plan. 3 months later we received a bill for $275-this company is not in network with my insurance and have billed more than allowed for this exam so my insurance will not cover any of it. Upon reading other reviews, this is a common occurrence with this company and they are taking advantage of new parents. I was threatened with being turned over to collections if I did not pay the balance in a timely manner.
