Had two friends (who cancelled upcoming appointments after their recent experiences) and several other people tell me the same horror stories about this place that I went through, including problems with following COVID-19 guidelines and unapologetically overcharging by HUGE amounts. The worst part is this salon THREATENS and intimidates clients who want to keep themselves and others safe during COVID-19 when they see questionable practices. Their employees use EXTREME profanity and scary personal telephone attacks on customers. It is incredibly unsafe and worrisome. If anyone would like to learn more about what an unsafe and scary situation this salon placed my family and I in, please message me. Avoid this place if you want to place your trust and money in reputable and safe colorists and stylists. The manager Kim here is very hostile, unpleasant (as another reviewer mentioned earlier) and needs to be reported to the BBB and take a course on basic public health safety and professionalism. Disgusting and shameful.
