Established in 1945, through the vision and inspiration of W.C. Morris, Sr. and the Rotary Club of Houston, Goodwill Industries of Houston originally opened its doors to serve people with physical disabilities. Over the years, our programs and services have expanded to meet the changing needs of Houston and its surrounding communities. Today, through our nine job connection service centers and many grant-funded programs, we provide job training and placement services to people with barriers to employment. This includes veterans, older workers, youth, the formerly incarcerated and, of course, individuals with disabilities.
