OWNER IS A COMPLETE WITCH!!!!!!! So incredibly unprofessional and i COULD NOT believe it. Told me to F*&$ Off!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They did a horrible job at cleaning the office. They would not vacuum or mop the kitchen floors so they were a complete mess. They didn't even clean the counters or pick up any trash in the kitchen they acted as if that room didn't exist in the office. For paying almost $300 a month for a cleaning service. You would think they would clean the whole office. Guess not! There would be times that they wouldn't even show up and i would have no idea why cause they were always paid on time and in advance so they had no reason for this behavior. Went to JAN-PRO now and couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend JAN-PRO for your office maintenance!!!!!

The rudest company i have ever worked with... We referenced them to all our very big clients... Only to be treated with disrespect! We were attempting to pay them but they were sending invoices to the wrong department which caused a significant delay in payment since we are a big corporation and everything has to be approved by the president and then sent to Finance for final payment. We tried kindly explaining to them if they could send the invoices to the correct department it would stop the delayed payments. I had originally called to see why the cleaning crew just didn't show without any notice so i kept trying to explain the situation however, instead they called me a insignificant condensing little thing and wouldn't let me explain so they kept interrupting me to claim i was being rude. I don't think that is any way to treat your client that has been loyal to you for YEARS i'm talking over 12! She then proceeded to laugh and say i find it so funny that here you are doing all the companies dirty work. I tried multiple times to DE-escalate the issue and she wasn't having it. Then proceeded to say this isn't worth her time and that they won't be returning and hung up on me promptly after... I have never been spoken to in a manner like that when i was nothing but kind and trying to get an answer to my question. Highly recommend you look elsewhere because UNPROFESSIONAL is their agenda. Highly disappointing.... They didn't even clean everything on a daily basis...
