IF THERE WERE A CHOICE FOR ZERO STARS I WOULD CHOOSE IT. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FARCE. I ORDERED EIGHT LETTERMAN JACKETS FOR SOME OF MY SENIOR FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND MADE A $1600 PAYMENT. THE JACKETS WERE TO SHIP BY MID DECEMBER AND THEY NEVER DID. THE PRESIDENT OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT FOR THE MISSED DEADLINE AND PROMISED THAT THEY'D SHIP BY EARLY JANUARY AND THEY NEVER DID. THEN I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WERE SENDING A FULL REFUND WITH NO JACKETS... THEY NEVER EVEN WENT INTO PRODUCTION EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED THEM IN MID OCTOBER. EIGHT KIDS ARE OUT OF LUCK BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT AND THE PRESIDENT IS A LIAR. I WOULD RECOMMEND FINDING A REPUTABLE COMPANY TO USE BECAUSE VARSITY ATHLETIC APPAREL IS ANYTHING BUT THAT.
