POSA, Inc. Police Officers of Scottsdale Association was founded in 1998 and is made up of men and women who serve in law enforcement for the City of Scottsdale. The members are so dedicated to helping the community that in 2005, POSA Outreach, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization was created. POSA Community Outreach programs benefit families in the Scottsdale and phoenix metropolitan areas through unique annual and monthly programs such as "Sirens and Sleigh Bells" a holiday shopping program, "Covering the Bases" a back to school program, "KidCare ID" photo ID and fingerprinting program, "Cops Shred It Day" an identity protection secured shredding program and many more!
