Siemon's Heritage Personal Care Center is a place for living. We are a personal care center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. We have private and semi-private rooms, and can provide accomodations for couples. Siemon's Heritage is located on 20 wooded acres overlooking Lake Somerset with features including an indoor fountain, and relaxing fireplace. A tranquil waterfall and koi pond as well as a large patio are located outside. Our Roam Alert system allows individuals with dementia to remain in our homelike environment.
