I did not have a pleasant experience working with Tony. He is rude, disrespectful, and lacks even the most basic concept of good customer service. As a steno-for-fire, he works through the Houston-area court systems. If he is assigned to a case where you are a litigant, you and your attorney will have no choice but to work with him. This is perhaps the reason why he has no incentive to improve his bad manners and rotten attitude. When he was my stenographer, he was uncommunicative and sloppy in his admin tasks. He treated every conversation as though it were an inconvenience and he was combative for no reason. If he is assigned to your case, try asking the court for another stenographer
