Lynn Leach is a liar. He will tell you he will fix things and never does. Always try's to come up with an excuse or blame the problems on someone else. I was in the residential construction business for about 10 years. I know how things should be. He once told me If I knew how to do the work and ask why I didn't just fix/finish it myself. I told him I paid him to build the house. If I wanted to do the work I would have built my own house. He was never on sight. Never watched or checked on his sub contractors work. The only positive about buying in Brookstone Ridge is the location. I would advise about buying a house he built. Don't take my word for it ask other people in the neighborhood, most will say the same thing. He takes advantage of people with every opportunity he can find. He is rude. The yard was not put in correctly. There is very little grass, lots of clover. The yard was not graded correctly causing drainage issues and ponding. Back yard is unusable.
