go Do not use Residential Skirting of Burton, Michigan. Tim Powers, owner is unethical and disregards contracts and warranty claims. The skirting panels that were installed are cupping and shrinking. They are out of line. I’ve left numerous telephone messages and calls since 2018. I’ve had previous employees call and with text messages. Tim Powers has ignored all phone calls from both ends. Tim Powers has not returned any phone calls and does not plan to. Do not use this company, Please listen to me. I spent a lot of money and had trust that Tim Powers and his company would do a good job. I was wrong and now I’m left out on a limb. I’m a registered nurse and in good standing. Do not use Residential Skirting. Also, I did this for my 90-year-old mother who lived in a mobile home and had cardiac issues and passed away. I did this for her to keep her warm and cool during the seasons while she lived in a mobile home. So sad that this man has no empathy and conscious
