This place is very disrespectful to people who are are not able to communicate in english well. If you are not aware, this is a form of discrimination. While it’s understandable (to certain limits), the employees failed to provide basic customer service skills. There was not an attempted to try to understand the little english spoken, rather they turned the client back. Bothered and embarrassed, I was asked to translate and we attempted to ask for service over the phone. As a result, the customer got hung up when asking for a Spanish speaker WITHOUT trying to give a chance to speak. After this incident all calls have been ignored. Please be aware when conducting your business here. They discriminate and this is not acceptable or appropriate in this day I’m age.
