Poor customer service! After trying several times to contact business with no call back, finally connected and scheduled appointment. Received a text at the last minute to cancel appointment. Went ahead and gave another chance, and called to schedule another appointment. Never received a call back to confirm appointment. I would NOT recommend. If too busy to take a minute to return call to a potential customer then not worth my effort. Need a business that is customer service focused. From reviewing Facebook comments, apparently other customers feel the same way.
