Absolute worst property management I have ever dealt with, and I have lived in what is considered the sketchiest apartment complex in the avenues in Chico. Alisa Cook, the manager, and daughter of the owner, is extremely unprofessional if her feelings get hurt (aka bring attention to issues). They are used to dealing with naive college-aged students who do not know much about real estate. Once my roommate and I voiced our concerns, she was quick to try to get us out of our lease extension for next year, to get rid of the inconvenience of her having to do her job. As for the properties, "Victorian" equals outdated. Expect major issues such as a hole in the wall that has a public/direct shot of your toilet. If you experience any major inconvenience, such as having to emergency move out of your home for over a week due to plumbing issues because they refuse to fix the plumbing, don't expect to be compensated in the way that you should. If you are still thinking about renting from AAA Properties, go ahead and shoot me a message and I will be more than happy to give you an additional list of reasons as to why you should save your time, money, and sanity. Wish I had listened to current and past tenants on how horrible it is to live in one of their properties.
