My husband and I made the mistake of using Robert as our architect for a very small closet and garage addition. It took 9 months for the permits to be approved due to incompetent drawings, planning and information from Robert. The city kept coming back with needing more information and more clarification etc from the architect. Once the plans were finally approved 9 MONTHS later, the project barely got started when the construction company and inspection company noticed Robert drew the footers incorrect. We have been set back 2 weeks due to this and our project manager has reached out to Robert and Robert is refusing to make changes per the city's request for inspection. I would NEVER recommend Robert. Not even for a small easy project like ours. I would spend the extra money to use someone else. Robert had poor communication and it always felt like this was not his priority job. Please don't make the same mistake we did and hire Robert. He was terrible.
