I would never recommend Riccardi builders to anyone! Not only were they unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional. We were quoted a timeline of five days, it took four weeks! It was like we were their "side" job! We were extremely gracious during this time, never complained. (life happens) We were unaware of when they were going to be finished, since they called off the day prior! When the final day arrived, they wanted their money (cash of course). My husband wasn't sure if we had that amount in cash on hand. The response was, I wouldn't have even finished, if i wasn't getting paid! After the snarky comments, if we looked out the window, the additional three weeks, and the mess left behind. Unbelievable! Needless to say, he was paid, sent on his way and, I will be magnet rolling up nails for the next couple days!

Do not use this builder. Unprofessional and not trustworthy.
