I would NOT recommend this business at all. Our appointment was at 10a today, Dave showed up at 10:02-- I ran to the door after hearing his knock and stepped outside to immediately apologize and ask him to give me just a few minutes. I was outside to officially greet him by 10:06, where I saw that he had left. When I called him to find out what happened, he unleashed all his frustrations on me. This was our very first time meeting. He ultimately blamed the 4 minute wait as being what pushed him over the edge and stated that he "had other customers". Its now 10:24-- don't professional businesses allow at least 30 mins to an hour for each appointment? Evidently, 4 minutes threw his entire schedule off and he decided to leave angrily. When he was done with his verbal tantrum, I calmly responded, "Mkay, you're having a bad day and it's causing you to act unprofessionally-- No worries, I'll just call someone else." If you don't mind abrupt exits, adult tantrums, and unprofessional behavior-- then you won't mind Dave. "Down to Earth"? No -- Neurotic with his mood determining his level of professionalism? Absolutely.
