This company has hates Black people if your Blake you can't rent here there has been so many problems with these houses here black mold bats in the walls the wall are falling where rain leaked down the wall and the will try to turn it on you sorry place to rent from for the safety of your children find other place. If I had it my way this company would not get a star at all but I'm going to give them one star simply because I have to. This company is a sexist company they throw women and children out on the streets. My boyfriend actually started renting from this company and then a couple of months down the road we decided to move in together with our children. I have an emotional support working dog, and because of this he denied my getting on the lease. He then tried to say it was because of my prior eviction why he wouldn't put me on the lease. My boyfriend had 2 prior evictions when he filled out the lease to get into this home. But bill had no problem renting to my boyfriend, or the neighbor who has prior evictions. This is a private owned LLC they are NOT BBB certified! On the lease agreement it states that the tenant may not allow anyone that is not on the lease as well to move into the home so this is why I tried to get on the lease. This was around July 2022. A few months prior to that they evicted a neighbor behind us because they had an emotional support animal and they felt that that dog was a threat which it was not and the law said that there was nothing that they could do because legally she was allowed to have her dog in the home. And because of her husband not being on the lease a month after they tried to get the dog thrown out they threw out the whole family including a newborn baby. They also orefer not to rent to just a woman because they do not feel that women can pay their bills without a man doing it for them, and this has came out of their mouths. I would not recommend if you have children to rent from this company! This is more so a place for the elderly and I wouldn't even recommend the elderly living here simply because they do not keep up with this trailer park or these trailers. These houses out here are in horrible condition and are infested with mold. I really hope that they can figure out a way to do business in a better manner for the sake of their pockets and the livelihood of the people who are in the same predicament that I'm in who have a hard time finding a place to live with no good credit or a prior eviction. Anita say that my prior eviction had nothing to do with me I was not the one that got kicked out of the home my name was just on the lease. I have a records and proof of everything that I'm speaking on. Best of luck to you if you decide to rent from this company.
