Our experience with purchasing a spec house through Integral Builders has been frustrating, aggravating and just shy of a nightmare. Several delays left us out thousands of dollars in hotel fees after running weeks late. The original purchase agreement was not honored. Our water in technically non-potable do to a water test and the only offer was an under sink style reverse osmosis filtration system at the kitchen sink only. Here we are four weeks after closing and finishing work is still incomplete. As built plans are still not delivered. Buyer beware. Do your research. Get references.
