This company does such bad service. The owner named Vern always seems to need help to solve the problems. He is also very unreliable. On three different t I mes he stated he would be a my house and did not show up. Then when he came and stated he fixed it he over charged me. But the worse part is that two days later when the weather got hot my daughter turned on the air conditioner and it didn't work. I called Vern he stated he would be there that day. Once again he did not show up or call.
