I'm giving the company a 4 out of 5. I had lost my job in maintenance due to former company shutdown. I had did a couple jobs for the company helping them in an area where nobody in the plant in Reidsville had experience in. I called the plant manager and explained I had lost my job and unemployment had ran out. Within a day he called me back and said he would hire me as a weaver. The pay was $6/hr less than I had made in past but it was a job with insurance. I appreciated that greatly and stayed with them until I found a job in my field/pay level. Thanks again for hiring me in a time of need.
