Very disappointing. Called saying they were on their way; I waited an hour and a half without even a call back that they were, in fact, not coming. Cited issues with clarity of payment, despite having them over for plumbing issues in the past month with no issues paying in person. Had a heating issue last year where they came to give an estimate, where we didnt even pay same day. This time, didnt even bother coming for an estimate, and wanted to pay overtime rates despite not calling to inform us they would not be coming.
