SPK Asset Management is a family office organized for the purpose of managing the investment assets of a private Family Trust and its employees, with offices in Bedminster, NJ and Chicago, IL SPK Asset Management, LLP is a family office and as such is not required to be registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. SPK Asset Management does not seek, solicit or accept clients or potential clients that are not eligible as family clients of SPK Asset Management, as defined in the rules promulgated under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
