Called Paul in October 2022 to get estimate for fixing front steps. Shortly after he got back to me with the estimate and in early 2023 I contacted him to accept his offer. I called him at least 3 times during the summer to see when he was going to start the job. In our last conversation, near the end of summer, he told me that he would give me 2 day's notice beforehand. It is now May 2024 and nothing has been done.
