Would give no stars if I could. In June of this year, the company delivered a stove purchase. In the process, they damaged our refrigerator. Note that this refrigerator was less than 1 year old at the time. The driver took pictures of the damage. Sent them to his supervisor (well, he SAID he sent to his supervisor). I called a week later for follow up to get a resolution. Here it is.... end of October and still nothing but transferred to this person, that person, company reorg, "he doesn't work here anymore", "I'll get back to you this week" and lie after lie, put off after put off. This company is CRAP. Before any major appliance, furniture, or other purchase that requires heaving shipping services, I will ask who the shipping company will be. If it is FGO, there will be no sale.
