Dr. Brian Van Slooten grew up in northern New Jersey. He attended Villanova University with a major in biology and minor in economics.
He was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and attended an International Mission of Medicine to Australia as well as a humanitarian mission to Johns Island, South Carolina. Dr. Van Slooten was accepted into dental school after three years. In 2009, Dr. Van Slooten graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey with several honors, including the prestigious Gamma Pi Delta Honors in Prosthodontics.
