Incorporated in 2009, First Generation Properties, LLC is a family business offering residential apartments and single family homes in the Quad Cities area. Our residences are located in the Communities of Moline, Silvis, Annawan, Cambridge, and Geneseo, Illinois, and in LeClaire, Iowa. We pride ourselves on resident-friendly service and clean units. Consequently, our initial resident screening process is thorough. Most of our new residents are referred to us by current or former residents because we are quick to fix mechanical problems, and treat our residents with respect. Our residents are our customers.
