was referred by my realtor. They informed realtor it was 100 dollars for certification of chimney. When they came to my house they charged me 150 plus 160 cleaning fee. Then they provided me with a bill for 4700 dollars. When I go to basement I realized they broke a furnace pipe that was services the day before and certified. They didn't tell me anything. I had to get furnace people back out and thank God they only charged me for the part. They told me to submit bill to chimney people. This people up sale you and then break stuff.. horrible.. I had another chimney company come out and was charge 1600 only.... Beware of this company
