DONT TRUST THIS PLACE TO FIX YOUR CAR! Wish I could give zero stars!! Heard ‘every excuse in the book’ trying to get Bob Stone to stand behind the work he had another guy in his shop do. >Pd in full, cash or personal ck made out to his wife of course like he requests. >I was way over-charged to put a $15 car door latch on. Pd $244 for this repair & an oil change. > I got home & the door handle just flopped around. It wasn’t even connected. >The door panel flopped also, the guy broke the clip inside & never replaced it so the panel would be secure to the door. >2 wks later the door wouldn’t latch shut. I’ve had duct tape & rope holding it shut for 8-9mos while believing Bob was going to make this right & do the job himself. When I heard the excuse that in fridged temps u can’t work with a plastic clip (even though the shop is heated) that’s when I realized he’s been blowing me off for 8 mos he has no intention to make things right! For the first time I sent him a not-so-nice text. He did not respond. I’m sure he’s thinking, good, I finally got rid of her. Well bad news Bob! I’m calling BBB, Ohio Attorney General/Consumer Rights Div, maybe 6 on your side, I already told a parts dealer about u, I will write this review & others so other people will know not to trust u Bob Stone. If u let him work on your car don’t pay until u are sure it is fixed!! Now I wouldn’t let him fix it, I’m requesting my money be returned!
