Yoga Trends Yoga Trends is considered both at Yoga Studio and Pilates studio here in Westlake, Ohio and for online classes. Our program called “Barry Method” is a combination of both Yoga and Pilates via mat and wall work as well as with a gravity machine. Throughout the week we offer Pilates classes (Barry Method) with a machine similar to the reformer which is called the Gravity Board. Our Pilates program is considered very innovative and mentally as well as physically challenging compared to the traditional Pilates program on the mat or reformer apparatus. We assure you after every session at Yoga Trends with the Barry Method gravity board or Wall work, we will meet your expectation as an “Amazing workout” and help you achieve the physical strength , tone and stamina you desire in achieving the body you desire.
