We built a new home and moved in the weekend before Christmas 2020. They did all my flooring and a shower. Right away we noticed a shower tile angled incorrectly causing the bathroom to flood. They came and fixed it and then that same tile did not adhere causing it to leak and come up in my brand néw home. Now they will not call me back or text back. My builder also tried to contact them to no avail. Once they were paid in full they will not warrant there work I even have text in the begging saying they would come fix it but now they basically blocked me and my builder.
