Here is how the scenario plays out at Meridian Outboard: You bring your boat in for repair You are informed of and agree to the $75 Diagnostic Fee A repair estimate is created You are informed of the repair estimate At this point, you have two choices: One, you can decline the planned repair, pay us the $75 and pick your boat up Or Two, give us permission to proceed with repair Parts are ordered and the repair begins If additional problems are discovered during the repair process you are informed of the findings and a new estimate is provided The repair work is completed, you are notified of such and the boat may be picked up If you discover that the repair is not to your satisfaction and you have to return to the shop we take this personally. YOUR BOAT IS THEN PRIORTIZED and we work to remedy the problem ASAP. Our goal is to set the standard of repair much higher than Sloppy's repair shop. So, if you are considering a new boat service / repair shop give us a shot. You will not be disappointed.
