I bought a Cozart double neck lap steel from Reid & Son in December 2020. When it arrived while setting up the guitar one of the tuners stripped. It was an inexpensive guitar so no worries. I contacted the seller who promised to mail me a replacement. This was during the COVID/ Xmas rush. After a couple weeks I contacted again explaining I had not received the part. The seller ended up ordering a set from Amazon and having them drop shipped to me! The original replacement eventually arrived and had been mailed as promised.

This is a small business that calls itself Cozart violin company that sells on ebay. They mostly sell musical instruments as far as I know. This is what happened to me when I ordered from them. I ordered a gold 6 string telecaster guitar from them. When I recieved my shipment from them it was a white King 6 string that looked like a Stratocaster. The only thing that was correct is that it was a guitar. I emailed Mr. John Reid and told him what happened, he told me that he was sorry and the company would send me a return packing slip along with the correct item. I emailed again and another person responded. His name was Josh. I ended up getting Ebay involved and asked them just to return my money to me. Maybe they are a good company and do the right thing most of the time, just not this time. I was going to give them a second chance and I was going to use them for guitars for young people who were starting to play but can't afford to buy them. I will not use them now. I will just buy them from the alibaba app. That is probably where there guitars come from anyway. I think I will start selling instruments on Ebay myself. Again they could be good and I just had a bad experience. Travis
