My experience with Yanmei Morales and Everlast Auto has been a complete nightmare. She illegally repossessed my car despite me paying her just a week prior. She broke our contract and then blamed me for the situation. On top of that, while my car was in her possession, valuable belongings were stolen, including a $400 firearm, a $400 gold chain, Alpine speakers, and a portable car jump starter - totaling $1,600. This isn't the only issue. My grandmother paid off a car with her a year ago, and Yanmei promised the title would be handed over. To this day, we still haven't received it, despite repeated assurances that she had it. She does not do good business, is untrustworthy, and operates without proper licenses. I have reported her to every authority I can, and I strongly caution anyone against doing business with her or Everlast Auto.
