Hello I've been with Paw Printz about 7 years. When me and my fur babies began our journey with Paw Printz I had 2 Pom's. One of my fur baby was very small and very ill. I was extremely concerned how Max would react. The very first time with Bonnie I had zero concerns. Bonnie is awesome, took the time, love, care of my Max and still did an awesome job grooming Max. I now just have Khloe who dislikes everyone. Paw Printz won Khloe over. Their love and care for our fur babies is their first priority. The grooming is top notch, they take their time to ensure safety. My Khloe has an injured hind leg, she only uses 3 legs. I literally have zero worries, I know they will do an awesome job grooming Khloe as well take excellent care of Khloe. My experience over 7 plus years has been great. I rarely write reviews, however, being a fur baby mom I know how hard it is to come by good genuine people that truly love and enjoy caring for fur babies.
