Walk Through End of December and noted all the was missing or defective. Now mid January and not date yet on when they can complete enough for move in. J and M says factory Factory says J and M , Heating and purchase price go on when not complete enough to move in. No answers or Time frame of when we can expect to have completed as they are so busy. maybe fixing others that are not done? shingles have been lost 3 times so far siding is compromised by lack of paint , caulk and damaged material. electrical fixtures in wrong places per factory drawings , bows in walls, missing paint on interior walls.
