I went to Saigon Travel to send money to my mom. Normally, it only takes 24 hours for the recipient to receive the fund however, this time it has been over 6 days and my mom still haven’t receive it. I understand that we’re having a pandemic and that could delay the process. The representative from Saigon Travel assured that my family would receive the fund within 2-3 days before we completed the transaction. I called their office for updates and the same rep did not return my call until two days later to inform me that there will be another 3 more days of delay (totaling 9 days) for the funds to be delivered. Very disappointed in their service.
