History Established in 2013. Approximately five years ago, husband and wife team Erik and Evin Hall became involved in management of O'Reilly's Pub in Newton, NJ. They had always as well had their eye on the building that Trinity Lounge in Newton, NJ is now located because it had a beautiful interior and a lot of character. At that time the space was operating as another business, but when that business closed they seized the opportunity to open Trinity Lounge in 2011." After much success at both O'Reilly's and Trinity Lounge, Erik and Evin decided to expand their business to open Forno Italiano in Sparta. A soft-opening occurred in late January for sole purpose of training staff and receiving customer feedback. The results are evident in the style of food, grace and conscientiousness of service and the atmosphere which they credit to not just the interior facade but to their clientele of Sussex County Residents.
