I've lived there for a few years and I encountered toxic black mold, the appliances ALWAYS broke, the water heaters only gave 3 minutes tops of hot water, the ac/heat never worked other than in the hallway, their maintenance worker NEVER fixed anything …

The management company is down right horrible. I've lived there for a few years and I encountered toxic black mold, the appliances ALWAYS broke, the water heaters only gave 3 minutes tops of hot water, the ac/heat never worked other than in the hallway, their maintenance worker NEVER fixed anything or he half assed it/made it worse, and whenever you responded or tried to reach out the left you on read for weeks on end and blamed you for it. They don't know how to properly run a company let alone a property. If you love your children or even yourself a dumpster behind a raggy bar would be better than any property under this place. If you don't believe me google ANY property under this company and look at ALL the reviews! 2 stars total on this location alone from MULTIPLE people saying the SAME as I did and MORE!!!
