Bobby and Kimberly Mays took advantage of my elderly sister, who is a disabled Veteran on a fixed income. They did a great job with her plumbing issue; however, Bobby Mays gave her a sob story about how her insurance took too long to pay, and he really needed money now. He started commenting on things in her home, saying her new TV was nice and somebody could sell it for "a lot" of money. He then told her his electric bill was overdue and he did not have heat, and because she felt uncomfortable (threatened), she paid his electric bill on her credit card. She also wrote a check for $340 to his wife, Kimberly Mays, because he "couldn't wait for the insurance." Obviously, I recommend you find another plumber in the Tri-Cities, TN area.
