I have had a terrible experience with our new home. Almost every wall in our home has texture spots that are completely different than other spots on the wall, missing chunks from construction, and patch work that looks like a toddler was at work. They were called out under warranty to redo the mistakes, and the boss was extremely rude and tried to tell me there wasn't anything wrong with the texture and "he would not refloat, texture and paint", after they had already came previously and did a walk through and that was the path agreed upon. They left a lot of texture scrape off and paint in my master bath, and paint spots from shoes walking through on my hardwood floors.
