I currently reside at Groveland Manor, I love the spaciousness of the apartment, its pest free, is relatively quiet,and all maintenance issues have been promptly addressed. This is the negative, this property is in desperate need of a major update. The landscaping is overgrown and has some dead trees.The balconies and porches are in need of new railings and support posts, some are wood and some metal. The laundry room needs updating, as the inside of the apartments need a reno as well,it's a bit of a time warp. This property needs to be updated and brought into the 21st Century. It looks run down and sad. We don't wish to move, but are hopeful this property will be renovated inside and out as most of the Apartment complexes in Somers Point have been in recent years.
