In a word...Incompetent! The owner/manager Alice Woods. is completely incompetent and clueless! Repairs take forever to get accomplished if ever and the list goes on... Steer clear, as she will surely and quite naturally guide and flush your organization down the toilet, ultimately at the expense of every homeowner. Hands down...this company is THE train wreck of train wrecks!
