It's been just about 13 years since having our windows done by Precision and the windows are still in terrific shape. My husband accidentally pushed out the mesh on a screen upstairs window while trying to get out on the porch roof to remove some leaves and other debris that dammed up the gutters this year. I called the number on the warranty and told them what happened and they shipped us out a whole new screen. It was easy to pop right in and matched the others. Through the years I believe these windows have saved us a ton of money in heating and cooling costs. Our other windows were in rough shape and we noticed an immediate and substantial difference in our bills that 1st winter. So glad we had them done. Oh, I forgot to mention we had our front door done too and absolutely love the oval glass and wood look we got. It really completed the look of our house.
