My mom swore by this stuff for years (about 20 years that I know of) and I developed tendinitis from swinging a hammer. She told me to put it on every night after a shower and wrap it in cellophane. So I did and the pain got a bit worse it felt like but I continued to do as she told. Lo and behold 3 weeks later it was gone. Not almost gone, absolutely no trace what so ever. I've told a lot of construction workers this story and the never try it, just work through the pain or found other work.
