We strive to hire employees from your local community. AKC’s operations manager, Mr. Alan Childress, personally screens every candidate. Each new candidate receives his personal attention, working as his helper thru the probation and training period. Employee qualifications to be met are as follows: • Must be at least 21, hold valid TN driver’s license • Agree to pass drug test along with random drug screening • No felony convictions • Other convictions that would cause security concerns. • Each employee must also sign a confidentiality contract, • Comply with your buildings security procedure agreement.
