Might be the worse tile layer and countertop installer in the state. He was about three times the cost of every other bid we received, but we used him anyway because we were told that he was the best and was worth the extra money. First of all, he has taken 18 months to install countertops in our house. I'm not exaggerating, 18 months!! We are having to rip out tile throughout our house and have it redone because the work is so sloppy and poor. I've never laid tile before, but I think I could have done it and it would have looked better than this clown's work. We are having to rip out countertops and have them redone because of poor workmanship after we spent thousands and thousands of dollars on marble, etc. The Panda marble that we purchased for our master bathroom had fluorescent green stains on it after installation that weren't there when we purchased the slabs. The seams look horrible in every countertop he installed. He put the wrong color drain in every shower throughout the house. He drilled the holes wrong for the faucet in our laundry room. He drilled the holes off-center for the faucets in two of our bathrooms. We were supposed to have curbless showers, but when he laid the tile the water flowed out of the shower and into the bathroom instead of towards the drain. More tile we had to rip out and have redone by someone else. Not to mention the guy is an absolute slob. Messy. Sloppy work. We let him stay in an old house on the property because he lives in Vian and we are in Edmond and we thought if he was staying on-site that he would finish faster. He left food in the house that spoiled and smelled and he left the placed trashed. We had to clean up his mess. I highly do not recommend Rob Ridgeway. When my husband texted him to let him know how disappointed we were in his work, he blocked his number instead of either giving us money back or rectifying the situation. Let me tell you, Rob Ridgeway is a true class act. NOT.
