The bakery is for-profit with a socially driven mission. It employes entrepreneurially driven students to assist in running daily operations. Creating a successful and sustainable bakery is important, however educating the youth of the community is truly how our perfect cookie crumbles.
The entrepreneurially driven students' role in bakery is not only running the functions of bakery production, but also to be taught on how to run the business aspects of the bakery.
