River Town Machining is located in Madison, Indiana. The original business, Millennium Tool Inc. was established in 1999 by Kyle Lyon. Originally, the company operated in a rented 6,000 sq. ft. facility, with five employees and seven machines. In 2003, the company built a new 9,000 sq. ft. facility and had grown to approximately 10 employees. In 2005, the facility was expanded to 17,000 sq. ft. to expand the die-making capability. The employee base continued to grow, and additional equipment was added. By 2007, during peak demand, total employment reached 25 people. In 2015 the business was purchased by HBM Holdings Company and began operating as a division of the Tru-Flex brand. As of January 2019, the company started operations as Tru-Flex Specialty Products. On October 1st, 2020 Sacoma purchased the business and began operations as Sacoma Specialty Products. On October 1st, 2022, the company was purchased by Mike and Kim Geyman, once again became locally owned and we are now doing business as River Town Machining.
