Don't waste your money! After derecho I contacted this company because they had done lawn care for me previously and I was desperate. After several months of making appointments with me and then not showing at scheduled times or simply being non-responsive, Jeff finally got a crew out to do the repairs. No lines were marked prior to beginning work, including my invisible dog fence (which was completely destroyed and will now cost me nearly $1k to replace). During this process Jeff made several comments when he would just drop by (no crew onsite) about hoping to "catch me in my swim suit" (I do not have a pool nor any reason to be lounging in my bathing suit during the work day). He also threw all old materials in to the ravine including an unsightly HUGE piece of cement with a bar sticking out of it. As the project was finally coming to an end in the fall Jeff said that the last of the pieces were in and he would be installing them by the end of the week. I foolishly paid him in full and have not seen him or his crew since. There are a few pieces left torn up (the patio outside my lower level exit), a strange configuration on the steps, a collapsing side wall and my invisible fence has still not been fixed, though he promised he would make it good. All-in-all he's absconded with more than $1500.
